A great way to use amethyst and lavender essential oil together is to put a drop of lavender on a polished amethyst stone and massage the oil into the stone while meditating. The massaging can give you something to focus on while the scent of lavender will calm the mind and body. You can do this while repeating one the affirmations below.
Affirmations
“I am at ease in my mind, body, and spirit.”
“I am purified, uplifted, and protected through my connection to the Divine. “
Did you know that Shungite is the most powerful neutralizer of EMF’s? Electromagnetic Frequencies (EMF’S) are emitted by our laptops, cell phones, and other electronic devices we use everyday. Place a piece of Shungite in front of your laptop or other electronic devices while using them or carry a piece in your pocket. Ferromagnetic stones like Shungite, Black Tourmaline, Hematite and Pyrite are very grounding. Ferromagnetism is the basic mechanism by which certain materials (such as iron) form permanent magnets, or are attracted to magnets. The theory is that the core of Mother Earth is a big ball of iron so working with stones that contain iron can help ground you to earth. Other things you can do if you are feeling out of sorts and don’t have a grounding stone like Shungite on hand is to go outside and stand barefoot in the grass or hug a tree. I know this may sound silly but this really will help ground you and bring you back to center. Shungite is a great stone for cleansing and aligns all body cells, dispels negativity, and opens one to receive spiritual light. You can make a healing gem elixir using Shungite by placing a polished stone in water for several hours. It transforms the water into biologically active substances, removing harmful microorganisms and pollutants.

- Cut muslin fabric 11" x 6". Pin and sew a 1/4" seam on 3 sides leaving one end open.
- Iron seams open.
- Turn right side out and sew flat. Turn ends in about a 1/4" and iron flat
- Using a funnel fill eye pillow about 1/2 way full. I used 2 cups of flax seeds, 1 cup pink Himalayan salt, 1 cup dried lavender, 1/4 cup amethyst chips and 5 drops of lavender essential oil. I added all the ingredients to a bowl and mix them well before adding to the eye pillow. Sew ends closed.

- Cut a piece of decorative fabric 26" x 7"
- Fold over each end twice about 1/4" each fold and iron. This will give you a nice finished seam.
- Stitch each end to secure.
- Fold wrong sides fabric over, overlapping ends. Should be 11" long once folded. Pin to secure. Sew both sides with a 1/2" seam.

- Terrariums or decorative pots (Check you local craft store. I snagged mine at Michael's and Joann's)
- Crystals or course :)
- Sand, river rocks, or other small decorative pebbles (Check the craft store and even the $ store)
- Air plants and/succulents (I ordered my air plants on amazon and purchased some small succulents from Lowe's.)
- Other decorative things like moss, bark, figurines etc... the possibilities are endless!
- Your favorite essential oils

- First step is to clean your terrarium and you will need your Lemon essential oil for this. Mine had so many sticky price tags on them. Put a few drops of lemon oil on a cloth and wipe away that sticky gunk from the price tags. So easy!
- Chose your crystals. I chose to use Amethyst, Pyrite and Quartz for three of my arrangements.
- Next I simply added in some sand or pebbles to the bottom of the terrarium just to the underside to the opening.
- Next place your air plants and crystals. Have fun with it! Move things around and try different configurations.

- In a glass bowl mix salts and dried rose petals together until well combined.
- Add in rose hip seed oil and essential oils and mix well. Rose hip seed will make this moisturizing to the skin.
- Store in an airtight glass jar.
- To use scoop 1/4-1/2 cup into a small muslin bag. (You can add directly to the bath but you will want to skim the dried rose petals before letting the water drain).
- Add muslin bag into warm bath water and swish around until salts dissolve.
- Add 5-7 small tumbled rose quartz crystals in the tub around you. (Be sure to remove before draining the water)
- Sit back, relax and breath in the delicious scent.
