Wellness Tip
Do you tend to get pain and congestion in your sinuses during the spring? That congestion can be caused by inflammation in your sinuses.
Take a tablespoon of raw local honey with a drop or two of Copaiba Vitality Essential Oil. Try finding it at your local farmers market but you can also find raw honey at Costco. The closer the honey is made to your community the better the effectiveness.

According to Dr. Axe "Raw honey contains bee pollen, which is known to ward off infections, provide natural allergy relief and boost overall immunity. Honey’s ability to prevent allergies is based on a concept called immunotherapy. The bees in your neighborhood go from flower to flower collecting pollen that causes you to suffer, but when a you consume local raw honey, you also consume that same offending local pollen. After some time, an allergy sufferer may become less sensitive to this pollen that previously caused problems and experience less seasonal allergy symptoms.

Paring local honey with the power of Copaiba can be very beneficial. Steam distilled from the gum resin of the Brazilian copaiba tree, Copaiba Vitality essential oil has a robust, earthy flavor with notes of honey. When taken internally, it can promote overall wellness and may be an important part of a daily health regimen. Historically resin from the copaiba tree has been used for inflammation, to support the respiratory system when applied topically and sinusitus.

Breath Easy
Another great way to help with Seasonal Wellness is to add a few drops of essential oils like R.C. or the oils in the recipes above to a scent stone, pop it in the shower away from the direct stream of water and as the shower steams up it will diffuse the healing benefits of these essential oils into the air so you can breath easy.
